New Updates Released for iOS App and Web Portal

In January 2025, we released updates for both COMMAND Center Concrete 4 iOS (Version 4.1.4) and COMMAND Center Concrete 4 Web (Version 4.1.324), introducing minor improvements to the user experience.

For iOS app users, the update enhances how data is viewed on charts, with archived projects now being listed alphabetically, and the strength column in Excel reports reformatted to display psi values as integers. These changes refine data clarity and streamline workflows, making it easier to interact with project data.

For Web Portal users, those accessing the portal on iOS devices will now be prompted to switch to the app. The app offers more powerful features, such as direct sensor connectivity for adding and updating data, along with more robust reporting options. This shift provides a more efficient, comprehensive tool for managing and analyzing project data.

For customers, these updates boost efficiency and simplify the process of working with project data, resulting in a smoother overall experience.

SRM Video Release and Brochure Updates

In November 2024, we released a new Sensor Reader Module (SRM) video, offering a clear and simplified explanation of how the SRM works. Designed to complement our existing Sensor video, this resource helps new customers understand the product’s features and how it can benefit their projects. Additionally, existing customers can use the SRM video as a helpful tool when explaining the product to their teams.

In January 2025, we updated our 4-page brochure to highlight the latest features and introduced a Spanish Distributors’ version to better serve Spanish-speaking customers.

These resources detail COMMAND Center’s uses, features, and benefits, making it easier for customers to fully understand and leverage the system.
